Exactly as title really! Got two dressage saddles for sale, hoping when one or both sells to get something to replace one of them. Have a farrington jump and love it, so thought this might be an option, but when do get a proper dressage saddle for roo want it to be reasonably 'structured' - ie decent blocks to encourage leg back etc, currently in a L&R VSD for flatwork which is fine for me and fits him, so if spending more ££ it needs to have a notable benefit really!!

I've got one and really like it, also used to have a GP one. Find them very comfy and the dressage one has great support and huge blocks.

Only downside is that I don't know if mine will fit my mare much longer, her shoulders are just getting bigger and bigger and she's already in a wide!

Would definately recommend them though

Interesting thanks - did you find the GP and dressage were a similar fit? His jump is a 17' MW, so would go on a search for same in dressage fit (would obv get checked by saddler but be good to have an idea what to look for!)

Used to have one and it was the best value for money on the market. Super quality, design a copy of a top brand in style, I loved it. Only sold it as I moved to WOW for the carbon fibre jointed tree.

Interesting cptrayes that's what my saddler said about my jump one - he said he thinks they are very overlooked considering the quality for money that you get!
Good news all, my jump saddle was a good find then and I will keep an eye out for a dressage one!

I have got one and do like it I must say but doesn't fit my mare that well anymore. Also have the VSD Farrington with Flair in that
I find really comfy on my other mare.

I used to have one and loved it, sadly didnt fit my current horse so it was sold. They are the same as the Derby House Kentucky dressage saddle.

My mum has the Derby house Kentucky,'she's had it from new and it's 10yrs old now. As previous post says it the same as the Farrington. Saddles direct often have them 2nd hand, and thyley won't break the bank. My mums is fab, and anyone who's sat in it really likes it. Although it's not had as much use the last 4 years as the horse it's for is now semi retired

I have a Farrington Kentucky dressage saddle which I had made for a horse a long time ago and never use. It's a lovely saddle and is currently being used by a friend who loves it, but the only dressage saddle I've ever managed to ride comfortably in has almost no knee rolls at all (hip problems) so this saddle has been wasted on me. Havana MW 17.5" or possibly 18", can't remember, little used and in good condition. Willing to sell.
