Just curious to see what everyones preference of scope is and to see if my girl is similar in any techniques, and im sorry as cant put no pics on at the moment to show as shes recovering from a leg injury.
these are fab thanx so much i would definetly say shes like the horse in the very first pic,oh and gucci_b ill put the word out about your instructors horse.thanx so much.
This pic always makes me smile - there was space to land BEFORE the water but he put in this enourmous leap - hence my rather confused looking at the ground thinking are we ever going to land!
He has a very powerful jump and used to have a tendency to over jump, so I did some grids a couple of years back with a bounce, he took off over the first part and cleared the second part of the bounce in one leap!
It was no effort for him, didn't grunt/stretch, just thought it was a small spread!
14hh coblet with 12yo jockey (same one as above). Henry didn't quite grasp that brushes are for going through and always gave them room, even though this one was bigger than him!
My pony - he's only 14.1 but has a very big jump. He has NEVER in all the time i've been loaning him knocked a pole down ... 9 times out of 10 he'll clear any jump you aim him at, the other time he'll slam the brakes on last minute and I clear the jump on my own!! Strangely he usually does that at the smallest jump in the course - just to be funny!!
My TB is the same - he jumps tiny jumps with a foot to spare.
Just read previous posts and thought I would add there was no cheating in any of the pics I put up, I think someone suggested before that I had photoshopped, I assure you its all natural ability to tommy
