Anyone had a letter from Equestrian Direct Insurance yet.

Following on from recent posts about this company it was indicated that all us peeps insured with them would be getting a letter of explanation about the company.

I just wondered if anyone had received anything yet?

Nope - nothing. its beginning to worry me

I rang them and asked them if they were going out of business. They said no!
The lady said that they were in the process of being taken over and the underwriters were changing. I did ask if they were going to be connected to E & L in any way and she assured me they weren't.

She said the insurance policy was still valid.

Mine's up towards the end of the year, think I'll be changing company!

No not yet they changed underwritters a few years bk. really dont want to change as my20yrs oldhas a list of exclustion as long as your arm and only really still insured for pub lib and colic and accidental.
