Well, one rug I sold, the other three I took back today. Trouble is, it was a fifty mile round trip there and it'll be a 50 mile round trip back when I have to pick them up. The lady in the shop kept saying "We haven't had any other complaints". I'm wondering if they put too many in the machine together which made this happen or if there are different ways to reproof, some being better than others?
When mine came back it was spotless and looked like new but felt kind of flimsy if you know what I mean- didn't have the stiffness that a waterproof rug has. Well done for sending it back- hopefully will get done right now!
I found that there are never the same and after one of my horseware rugs shrunk and when I complained I was told that the rugs were washed to manufacturers specs.... so no come back.
I now just give them a hose myself and repair until they are done.
