I've done the horses early tonight, so just for fun, thought I'd ask if anyone elses horses have Baron Blakeney in their parentage? I have a Connemara x TB mare, who's maternal grandsire was Baron Blakeney, and a friend had a mare who was sired by him. My mare is chestnut, and around 15.1hh, hers was nearer 17hh and grey.
I had done some google searches and he seems to have been a prolific sire, so chances are there are quite a few related horses out there!
