Anyone have Boa boots?

I ordered some which arrived today, I've been practising how to put them on (without horse) I've managed to tighten them but now can't get them to loosen, can anyone help? I've tried following the instructions which say to just pull the dial out and they'll loosen but I can't get it to move and am worried I'll break it if I pull too hard! Please help.

Thanks, I've got one to loosen but the other one is really stuck! That video isn't working.
