Anyone have experience of Hurstbourne?

Hi,
I'm looking at new yards and have come across Hurstbourne. The facilities sound great but I just wondered if anyone could let me know a bit more. Is it quite friendly and open to all standards? One horse is elementary/medium BD but the other is unaffliated prelim (different rider) but they move yards together so need to find a suitable yard for both. Any experience of lessons/schooling with Anne?
One last question from a newbie, any other suggestions for yards to consider? I have quite a large area to look at - preferably closer to basingstoke but willing to travel.

Are you looking for DIY or livery?
If livery I can recommend someone dressage orientated who is a super trainer and takes on liveries cared for to really high standards.
In the village of Medstead, about 15 minutes out of Basingstoke
PM if you want details.
I've been in that area for 3 years up until recently so can also advise of who to avoid as well if needed.
