Anyone have Fell Ponies?

My friend has Fell Ponies and 2 of them have come to stay whilst shes on holiday. I am enjoying having them stay with me and I must say i am rather taken by the breed

Anyone have one? Piccies Please!

I used to ride a couple a few years ago - they're brilliant, those two were totally turbo charged - one was a Wolds fell too - Wolds Woodcock. The other was a Heltondale, lovely traditional type.

I miss my girl so much, she really was one in a million - phased by nothing and would do anything. My mum bought her as an 19 month old as she had lost her confidence and heard about their reputation.

I have a fell who I absoloutly adore. She's teaching my mum how to ride, escorts my rather spooky tb safetly on hacks, takes me happily round the show ring and BSJA's with my sister. I have never met a pony so genuine in all my life!

I've got a tb x fell - which makes him an opinionated git who thinks he's a racehorse. He's a star!

He can be the safest donkey when you need him to be, and other times he acts like he's got a rocket up his backside
