I usually get my wormers from my local feed merchant but they wont stock the Equimax tablets unless I can guarantee my horses will eat them - they have to lay out for 12 packs at a time, which by my reckoning would be about £170, but they aren't prepared to do this unless they know at least myself would be a repeat customer.....anyone else having this problem?

The owner thinks 'they wont take off', but quite frankly if all stockists think like that then they wont!

I've just had a quick google search and there are plenty of online animal medicines stores which sell them.

Whilst I don't use the tablets I do buy all my wormers online as the cost is significantly less than at my local feed merchant(many stores also offer free P&P)

What poor service
Our saddlers had the mini pack of two placebo tablets from Equimax for owners to try out to make sure their horses would eat them.

www.hyperdrug.co.uk are always good and stock these. We have a couple that are hard to worm that have these, one will eat them just like a treat (greedy section A!) the other has to have them crushed then put in a feed

I'm another who always buys my wormers online, the only stockist we have over here is really expensive and only has one person licensed to actually sell the wormers and when ever I'm in there he isn't working - so you can't buy any wormers. After having this a few times I gave up and do a search round online to see who is the cheapest depending on what wormer I'm buying. I always try and find the ones with free p&p too, every little helps! Been buying wormers online for years now!

What a load of crap!!! they have a long date, and where i work they are proving very popular, and i know i can advise the customers whom i know have trouble worming with syringes, to use the tabs when appropriate. They also come with packs of placebo tablets in the box so you can check first - what an odd shop.....

I am ver sorry but i have a bit of an issue with online sales, where people get very little advice and are rotating brand mames not chemical groups....The VMD will be really clamping down on online sales.....
