placed an order early Monday and paid for 1st class postage. order didn't arrive yesterday. an item out of stock. today I have rung them someone picked up the phone then immediately put it down again. rang again someone answered. didn't give their name was very unprofessional in approach I asked about the order, there was silence so I asked when it would be delivered, answer , errr sometime soon" I asked 2today" answer " maybe , sometime soon cant say". So i have cancelled order. asked for email confirmation now have to wait 3 to 5 days for money to go back into account. hope they can do this right. are they going bust ? have used them in the past no problems before.
