Hiya

i'm looking for a loan home for a friend's horse... and one of the people that has replied is a mother of a girl who is interested in the horse for her daughter. as the horse can be a bit quirky (not dangerous, quirky) we were really hoping for an adult loaner. however, the mother has said a few times that the girl has regular lessons with Grania Hague (sp?) as if i should know who she is... but i'm a numpty and don't...

i wondered if anyone on here knows whether she's a decent instructor? in which case it might be possible to make it a part of the loan contract that she continues having lessons with her? fair? unfair? thoughts?

thankies muchissimo.

:D

Grania Haigh?

Apparently quite good...

I will probably be having a lesson with her next month so can let you know afterwards??

I've heard of her but only recently so I'm not sure if she has just moved to the area. A few people I know have started having lessons with her and seem to like her. One of them has improved a lot since her lessons - she wasn't a 'bad' rider to start with but the horses way of going and riders postition have really come on. The others have only just started with her so early days.

She has a big habit of riding your horse a lot though which some people aren't keen on. I did hear someone say that she is supoosed to be super dooper but doesn't seem to have 'done' a lot. I don't know if thats true or not.

Another good point is she lets you know when its you and not the horse!
