Never heard or tried it but I would say that Mocronised Linseed would have the sane effect & is much cheaper 25Kg bag Charnwood milling around £35 delivered.

i have been looking into linseed and had mixed reactions about it! any opinions on linseed would be good if anyone feeds it

I feed it to my 21year old TB who cribs so impossible to keep weight on, it has really helped this year with his weight & the shine on his coat is amazing.
