Anyone here hunt with the Blankney???

Im thinking about taking my little 14.2hh cob hunting this season, and was wondering whether anyone here hunt with the Blankney? I've hunted with the Belvoir in the past on my other horse, but have never been with the Blankney and was just wondering what it is like and when are the best days to go, bearing in mind he has never been before!

Haven't hunted with them recently but been a couple of times in the past, usually have several mounted followers. Don't know what it's like since the ban came in. Think your best be is to call the secretary and have a chat to them if you don't know anyone that goes. Sorry can't be more helpful.

My daughter (13 at the time) went out with them last season and she is going this saturday morning for the first time this season on a new pony, so it remains to be seen whether she goes again!

Very friendly people, looked after my daughter last season as I wasn't able to go with her (followed by car).

They hunt with a bird of prey.

Usually a good turn out I think - although I've never been hunting with anyone else so perhaps hard to compare.
