Anyone in North Derbyshire/South Sheffield Area??

I'm based south of Chesterfield but work on the south side of Sheffield centre and drive in up the A61 (so passed Dronfield etc). OH and I are thinking of moving more towards that way and I'm thinking of moving yards anyway. Pony is 2yo so to be honest I'm not fussed on facilities as I can always move again when I'm looking at breaking her in 2 years. I mostly just want 24/7 summer grazing and at least daytime turn out in the winter and somewhere safe to store everything.....oh and a nice atmosphere! If anyone is local and can make any suggestions I'd be really grateful!
