Anyone insure with KBIS?

What are they like?, how do you find them?, looking to move insurance company and having a look around.

I've just changed to them and found them very helpful.

I have my wagons insured by them and find them very easy to deal with. I have swapped vehicles around and I have had windscreen replaced and used their breakdown. I have not had to claim properly from them so cannot comment on how they deal with that aspect.

my horse is insured with them, and currently claiming for kissing spines they are fab pay out very quickly to the vet and very helpful with any questions
