If oxfordshire isn't too far there is Blewbury Center which has several outdoor schools & 2 indoor schools & on site tack shop !

Snowball Farm at Burnham (not sure on the parking)
Berkshire Riding Centre , Winkfield (not sure on parking but know they run dressage comps)
