Anyone know about these yards?

I am soon going to be getting my first ever horse and have been looking for somewhere to keep it locally. There are two places that stick out in my mind and have wanted to find out more, unfortunatelly I could not find very much information on them via the internet and wondered if anyone has had any (good or bad) experiences with them. The first yard is Drumbrae Riding Centre. The other is a private livery yard named Paddock View Livery Ltd. If anyone has any info on them it would help greatly as I want to know a lot before going to visit either of them just incase either try to 'play' me off as a first time owner. Thanks,

Drumbrae is near the top of a very steep hill and has lovely views over Stirling and potentially good hacking. I only viewed it once, about 6 years ago. It appeared to be a bit rough around the edges and I decided not to go there. But I suppose it could be better now.
