Have you checked the code? 01823 is Taunton area code try 01404 thats Honiton phone code.

Sorry for the confusion. It is definately 01823 665 then I think 39 then missing a digit?

there are still alot of 5 digit numbers about in devon, HOWEVER if you are sure your person is in the honiton area the it is deffinatly not the 01823 code that is somerset.

ditto above have you actually tried the number as 5 digits is not unusual round here! sorry though that i dont know her.
