Wisbech St Mary isn't too bad, it's far enough out from Wisbech itself!
That place has been on the market for around 3 yrs - I'm sure it was on when we were looking!
There's a place near me with land but will need stables etc building - he wants £280k for it with 8 acres (Holbeach way)
Quite a few places on the market Holbeach/Sutton St James etc area but nothing under 200k that I know of that isn't a knowck down and rebuild job

Wish i could move anywhere. You couldnt get a 3 bed semi with a patch of garden for that round here.
