My mom worries when I hack out with my mates that she can't pinpoint exactly where we are should any of us get into difficulties. Does anyone know of a FREE mobile tracking app that she could use please?

woofwear track my hack. If you both have it then she can use the tracking function to track you. I loved the app for when we were doing lands end challenge for the personal best as Olympic legacy at work. Really accurate and can find bridleways. It is free though so if you aren't patient logging in it tends to crash. I used to hit log in as I started tacking up and leave it on my grooming box. Was about ready to start tracking when I got to the mounting block!
 
I use endomondo for tracking my hacks and my mum has attempted to track me via that if she's been out too and it's hopeless...


Get ' find my friends'it's far more accurate, if you won't mind that she'll be able to see where you are at any time.... I guess you could deactivate it when not riding if that's possible.
 
Is the find my friends app working properly yet after ios7 update? Lots of unhappy reviews on it at moment. Pity as I was gong to download it.

I left details of how to log in to find my phone for my other half I case i dont appear back from a hack one day.
