The website and qualifications look good and he seems a kind and sensible person by email but just doing due diligence and asking if anyone has first hand experience.

(I won't include the background here as it isn't for my horse, but suffice to that all standard veterinary processes have been and are being used, and the owner is just looking to see whether Fran or someone similar might be able to do something additional to help make the horse more comfortable. No miracles expected!)

1st hand experience, I very much rate him.
1st got him out when he was still a working vet but using the chiropractic side when needed, before he set up on his own. He was very happy to liase and work with my vet practice and both senior vets. They were equally happy with him and did specific scan based on his feedback, which did show issue. He keeps up to date with training and his MRCVS.
More to the point, he made B comfortable, finished up the 50 mIn to hour long session with either acupuncture or lazer pen.
Am happy to chat off line, but I very much valued his input, he alleviated several issues. He isn't cheap, but he is good - and prompt.
This time last year his books were full and he wasn't taking new cases on.
