Anyone know of this yard / yard owner (in West Sussex)

My friend is looking to move livery yards and has found one on Horsemart http://www.horsemart.co.uk/livery_vacancies_west_sussex/advert/147778 so I was wondering if anyone knows the yard / owner / experiences good or bad?

The lister (don't know if that's the owner or just someone who has listed it for them) is Karen Carugati.

Any comments (PM if prefer) welcome and also any other suggestions for this area.
 
Unfortunately not, but it looks nice from the photo - I'd say go see it for yourself (friend) and make your decision about it. From experience talk to the liveries and see what they are like and ask about the yard. Oh an one more thing, don't just see it once, go two or three times + and at different times so you can see different people, different routines etc... Should give you more of a broader image of the yard as a whole.
