Anyone know Otter / Riverside Ragamuffin dark bay gelding 14hh? Southhampton Area

Hello,
Any info much appeciated. Good or Bad.
Im trying to tace my old pony, his registered BSJA nameis riverside ragamuffin, we used to call him Otter.
I owned him from the age of 3 to about 7 or 8. Ive checked on NED and hes 18 now.
Hes dark bay, with a white star, welsh, new forest build. His nose was almost orange/ red in winter and a chestnut colour in the summer.
I was thinking of comtacting his passport issuer listed on NED, has anyone tried this? wondering with privacy laws if they can do anything?
Last I heard he was in the Southampton area.

As far as I know he is still fine and well. He was a stalwart of the NF Hunts PC Tet team for a while, he was with one family for a few years, got sold on elsewhere when he was outgrown, then was bought "back" by the former DC' for her grandson. DC has moved house, otherwise I could have given you her phone number, I saw her just before Christmas.

My daughter was friends with his previous owner, she used to love riding Otter on the forest, he was always so kind and good for her.
