Anyone know where I can get a simple elastic breastgirth????

I need one for a chunky 13.2hh. Years ago I had a simple one which was just an elastic strap with clips either end, it was as cheap as chips and then I gave it away when I had finished with it! Now I need another - and cant find anything like this anywhere. I can only find leather ones - and none of those are pony size.
