Anyone know where i can get a welsh cob show halter at short notice (Bucks/Oxon area)

Bought a really nice one on ebay yesterday and paid 1st class recorded delivery,as said to seller would need it by sunday for a show,e-mailed her today to check she sent it this morning and have heard nothing,so am guessing it won't be with me by tomorrow now. She also hasn't stated on the listing that it's sent. I havn't got an in hand bridle either so will have to go halter searching tomorrow now,our tack shops around here don't usually stock them though so will be surprised if i get one now. The one person i know that would have one shows sec A and B's so doubt theirs would fit a v stocky sec D.
It's for my new baby cob and it's his first show so wanted him to look all proper,He would look nicer in a halter than bridle but am now desperate, bit gutted really.

Any problem solvers out there? not sure what to do now

Whereabouts are you as I'm on the Bucks/Oxon border and I have a white halter in my garage that might suit? It's a halter made of white rope (although might need a wash) no flat bits of it like some of the one's I've seen. Not sure on sizing, but presumed halter's didn't have sizes, they adjusted to fit?
