Anyone live in Bristol? or near?

Hello - anyone in the Bristol area know of any riding holiday yards?

Need to take riders up to and including 14 stone if possible.

Looking for maybe 2-3 hour rides or something like that.

Wellow Trekking Centre (about 4 miles S. of Bath and about 15 from central Bristol) do pub rides etc. and a lot of their hores look to be real weight carriers. I was told once they lease them out during Glastonbury Festival for the security guards to ride round the perimeters so they should be up to the weight you want. I think Wellow also have things like quad biking.

I believe there's also a trekking centre up on the Mendips - at Churchill I think. Might be worth Googling that.

I'm not sure if it's still going but there was also Tynings which is also set on the Mendips.

The one at Churchill shut the yard and sold the horses a few years ago - it was called Lyncombe Lodge and still trades as a hotel plus outdoor activities centre, they have a ski slope amongst other things and trade as High Action if I remember right.
