Anyone looking for a happy hacker?

I keep reading threads about people looking to buy or loan a horse but cant find anything suitable.

I have a 17.2hh warmblood that is now only allowed to hack.
He has evented and hunted but now needs to slow down, a little!
He is still keen and will want to go fast!
But i cant seem to find the right person!

We have good local hacking and im flexible as to times and days.

Maybe his size is putting people off, although he doesnt feel huge to ride.

I thought there would be mums or people looking for this kind of agreement.

Have you tried putting notices up at Popham's, PAL's and Murphy's?

I think it's probably the time of year, there seem to be a lot less people hacking out locally at the moment. As soon as the sun comes out, there are practically equine traffic jams around Hutton and Banwell
