Anyone looking for a ride 2-3 times a wk(dressage/schooling only)

Ive got a 15.2 Tb X mare,failing on the dressage phase at our events and i am considering a helper to help school/hack out,(until march)maybe attend some local dressage shows??!2 -3 days a wk,in return for some pennies 2wards her keep(this eventing lark is expensive).
Only want someone experienced& very calm &understanding as shes NOT a novice ride,(100% safe but a stressy mare)whos into their dressage ONLY. NO jumping as thats my job and we r doing well in both XC and sj phases. Im westmalling area. pls pm me 4 more details.
 
You don't fancy moving to Bedfordshire, i assume

ha,worth a try,will be putting ad in horse-mart.
Now winter is coming,its ideal for someone who maybe can ride,but hasnt got their own horse. Happy for someone to have pro lessons on her.Shes well schooled,but im a fare weather rider and would like maybe 1 lay-in a wk?? plus any financial help will all go in my eventing fund pot(which is empty)
 
Hmm, I think getting someone good enough that will also pay for the 'privilegde' of schooling your horse for you may well prove tricky

The horse I now share was offered every evening and weekends for £30 per week.
I loved the horse but wasn't going to pay to bring it on. Owner fortuneately saw the problem before I mentioned it so now I have the horse FOC but give the owner lessons each week.

Why not get someone to do this but FOC - then your horse is being schooled you get a lay in but dont have to pay out and neither do they
