Anyone looking for yard to rent in Dorset - fab facilities?

Not sure if this is breaching T&C (and apologies if it is) - friend has just had potential tenant drop out and is looking to rent yard near Gilingham. 10mins A303 and 5 mins A30 - 7 boxes with 6 potentially available by additional negotiation, 60m x 25m rubber surface arena, washbox (hot and cold water) tack room, walker, lunge pen and 18 acres of individually fenced paddocks.

And to think I used to keep my pony on a farm with no facilities in much the same location!! There wasn't a single yard like this near there when I was a kid, now there seem to be loads....typical.
