Tethered up on the crossroads of some lanes just outside Chippers.
Appeared yesterday.

Has grass.
Rope and chain tether a la travelelrs.
Obviously used to it.
had a bucklet of water which is now tipped over.
Middle of nowhere
No people
No nothing
Dumped?
Does that happen? "
I do suspect it is travellers - I can't get over there today, wondered if anyone was really near or passing?
