i have been looking for a field to put my retired horse so that he can have 24 / 7 turnout for the summer as we are not allowed to do this at the livery yard where i keep mine.
the only problem is that it is completely empty and would only be my own horses there.
i could put my youngster down there with him - but as there is no school that would mean a halt in his education as he has just had a few months off and is now due to be brought back into work.
i did also think of buying him a companion pony - but that would mean im then paying livery on 5!
so does anyone need grazing near Ampthill?
it is 3 fields - 2 large and a smaller one that has been used as a riding area.
has 2 field shelters and sheds for storing feed etc
has running water.
mixture of post and rail/ electric tape.
anyone want to keep my boy company??
