Anyone ordered from 'horseRugs4U' before?

Thinking about ordering a rug for them but have never used them before.

Anyone used them? Was the service good?

avoid at all costs - never got my item, took over a month to get a refund after lots and lots of pestering from me. Other people on here have had bad eperiences too - do a search for the posts!! (all in here) xx

I have ordered three rugs from them - took weeks to deliver but they did turn up - but they make their prices look good as they add VAT and delivery later.

I would stay clear to be honest. I ordered a rug in early january and it didn't arrive till winter was almost over!

And when you are fed up waiting for a rug, they are awful to get in touch with! I left numerous answer machine messages and never got a call back.

I'd rather pay a bit more now and know I'll get the rug!

I wish they were reliable as they have some nice rugs

Think I'll get it from Frogpool Manor then. It's £10 more expensive but at least I'll get it!

Is there what you want on equestrian clearance warehouse, i reccomend their service and prices are good too.

Wouldnt buy a rug from them again. My fly rug took nearly 2 months to arrive, i even told them i didnt want it anymore, but they still sent it anyway, never got a refund, had to approach my credit card company who investigated it and gave me a refund, they are now chasing horserugs for the money! a complete waste of time and even though they look cheap they add the vat then do a discount, so not really much cheaper then other companies, u might as well pay the extra and get good service, its so worth it.
