Contact the Clydesdale Society and see if there is anyone in your area that can show you how.

My Clydie will be off to driving classes in the summer as I want to use her to harrow the paddocks.

Ours unofficially plough my fields quite of their own accord.

No I havent but I have been to a few competitions as they have a few near us.
