I would be the first to admit that my riding could do with improvement. I love reading and usually find it easiest to learn from books and have found many books on riding have helped me.
I got this book from the library and by the time I had finished it, I felt exhausted. It just goes into such minute detail about how to cure specific habits with lots of diagrams and exercises and counter-behaviours on horseback.
I finished the book feeling very depressed: realising I could never in a million years pay such close attention to the detail of my riding. And then I took it back to the library and was very glad to be rid of it.
Just wondered if anyone else had the same reaction? I am sure, the Amazon reviews confirm this, that it has been very useful for some people: just made me absolutely baffled and downhearted!
