I dont share mine, but we do have outbuildings and have been asked to rent one, so i think it would be fine.....

Depends on the terms of the property - we are looking at the mo. Some (all the ones we have found!!) have a no business clause so you couldn't have anyone using the land or stables that you rent and pay you for it.

I suspect Tbagger rents his as a business rather than a private dwelling though, so it may be different rules!

Sub-letting!! depends on the lease contract, however your friend shouldn't haven't any problems letting you graze 'for free' and you giving her a gift for being a wonderful friend.

this is the sort of thing I was talking about, only a real arse of a landlord would follow this up

Our contract doesnt say a thing very bog standard, the landlords (very rich young arrogant brothers) dont give a ****, they left their dads ashes there so think that tells you a lot about them

All your friend has to say is you keep them there for free
