would've been nice to have seen better conformation shots of him. i don't like the look of his front legs. but it's hard to tell from the photo to really comment.
i'm also pretty stingy with money, i'd not pay that for him
it could be long feet and the way hes stood but front near looks to point out, and also the back, he looks like he moves ok though. to be honest i thing hes high in price for age etc
I think he is really rather nice. He is a bit upright in the pasterns but that will probably resolve when he is carrying more weight at about 5 years old. He is slightly over at the knee, which is no bad thing as it suggest strong tendons and this will probably resolve when more mature too.
I would say he has a lot of growing before five and mature as he is gangly. Well set on head and depth through jaw with a tidy mouth and a nice neck. I think he is a very good price and definitely worth looking at. Would check bone size ( measure around top of cannon bone below knee) when there - not tape just hand and "guessimate", this will give you a good idea of how substantial he will be when grown.
Our two that made 17.2 and 17.1 hh had around 8.75 inches of bone at that age. ID had 9.25 at maturity and the ID/TB 9inches.
I would think he may make 16+ hh. Big ears suggest a bigger horse to me.
He looks younger than stated - would check teeth and passport
