My horse had been going through it recently vets prodding and poking and i was on the verge of letting them go ahead and medicate her joint ..Untill last night when i had someone from www.theinnerpicture.com
It was amazing and i shall not be meicating her joint after what i saw on the images ...Her pelvis is out causing sore back and causing her to not track up correctly etc!! No sign of any heat around her stifle etc..infact the opposite very good legs! I would advise it to anyone and just wish i had done that first! What are your experiences?

yep thats claire the lady at inner picture has done mine - she was .05/10th lame and i knew something not right - she showed inflammation in the back of the hoof - had x rays at vets - and found navicular! - least she didnt have to have full lameness workup. much cheaper and less intensive having thermal camera first before nerve blocking

yes thats exactly my thoughts sad thing is my girlie had to go through a lameness work up and to be honest was awful got that upset with the joint blocks she knocked a tooth out on the wall

Claire will def be my first port of call in the future just dont understand why the vets dont refer to her before they start investigating...guess its all about the money!

she does general body scans, also does saddle fitting scans as well as localised scans too. based in uttoxeter. will travel - there are only 6 ppl i believe in country with the cameras - as the cameras are so expensive

I wonder if she would come to Kent for the day? Or are there other people who do this nearer to me?. Would anyone be interested in booking her to maybe make it worth while for her to come?

She is in Oxon anyway on Monday, just so happened that when I contacted her to arrange her coming our way she was coming anyway! I don't know where you are, but if you are not a million miles from me (OX18) then she may see you too? If not, then I am going to arrange another visit in the New Year I think as there has been quite a lot of interest from people around here, but most want to wait until after Xmas!

Avonvale vets near Banbury apparently do it.

Yes they do, I have been with BBs from here who has had extensive treatment done there, and that spurred my interest in it

They also then treat the horse which is great.

Had it done to mine when he did his tendon ealier this year...its quite amazing, especially when he decided to prat about and the heat spots shot up his leg!
