Anyone up for some horse hunting?

My sister has decided she's ready to add to our herd so is looking for her next equine partner in crime!

Roughly 14-15hhs, 12 years plus, gelding been there done it.

Not keen on Welshies, Greys or coloureds. For hacking and general fun.
We're just outside Edinburgh so preferably north England or Scotland, though happy to travel further for the right one!

Budget around 8k, but again would go higher for the right one!

Both very nice! I'll pass the gelding over but unfortunately a mare isn't suitable! My mare isn't a fan!

If she's happy to travel into England I'd definitely talk to Jack Thomas Watson. He has a very good reputation.

Some super types there but look quite big! She's only 5ft 1 ish so doesn't need anything huge!

Mine too @Fjord but my mare isn't good with others! It would be fine on a yard but because there is just our lot here it's not doable.

I think I’ve heard the yard recommended on here previously (which is why I follow them on fb).

I appreciate he’s coloured and the wrong side of the country … but way under budget so thought he might be worth a mention.
