I am looking for supplement with high dose of msm(for healing/assisting ligament)and noticed that chrondroitin is included as well this is supposed to help heal tendon and ligaments too

I have been using msm but read that if its crystallised its not in its purest form it should be distilled. So confusing

Everyone on our yard uses Aviform's Suppleaze Gold. We have all sorts on it, from a 27yr retired cob with serious arthritis, a 12yr old dressage horse, a 5 yr TBx with a hock problem, and my HW cob - it works really well for all of them and is very good value for money. Because we all use it we can club together to get BOGOF offers and save on postage etc.

I also like the fact that you have very little actual powder to get into them each day, because my boy already has more supplement than feed in his morning feed (reflection on how little feed he gets rather than how many supplements).

I was thinking about trying this one next, having just tried Riaflex Complete for the last 4 weeks without any discernible difference. Am also going to try Arthriaid and Mobifor. They are still both on superflex (too scared to stop using this!)

Although my horses will be out 24/7 soon, so hopefully that should help with general stiffness.

Yes I have been using it for quite a while now and it's brilliant - the best joint supplement I have used, and I have tried most of the more expensive ones. My horse is transformed since I put her on it. I'm quite sceptical of supplements but totally endorse this one.

I am the most sceptical person when it comes to supplements. My horse has just finished his first month on this and there has been a dramatic difference.
I hadn't told my trainer that I had put him on it and last week she asked what I had done differently as she could see a noticable difference

I would reccomend it without a doubt!

Theres another one that I have used in the past that worked on loan pony with locking stifles. They have just added chrondriotin,I cant find break down of mg of supplement on aviform so might go for this one first.Have a look its very reasonable.
Lucky you dont have 24/7 turnout on new yard.

Is this the horse with similiar injuries to mine ,Collateral ligament /soft tissue injury how is she.
Did you manage to find breakdown on mg per dose of individual supplement I was tring to compare and some of the info sheets wont load on my computer.I was comparing against one I have used in the past.

I have been using this on my navicular horse for the last month or so (swapped onto it from CortaVet).

Having been sound on his front feet for 18 months, 1 week after going onto aviform he has gone lame infront.

This might not be due to the suppliment at all but possibly other factors. I am going to use up the aviform and if he is still lame go back to CortaVet and see if there is a difference.
