I am trying to compare costs for suppliers, and I cannot work out the difference between Berriewoods BARF diet food and their 'ordinary' frozen dog food - any ideas please

yes i use them and asked the same when i first ordered, i think their website needs to be clearer.

the BARF stuff comes in clear plastic bags, not sealed, folded over at the end, the grind of the meat is meant to be coarser also. The premium stuff comes in sealed plastic packets and is supposed to be more 'retail friendly'. I got a sample order of both and I now just get the premium stuff as it costs the same as the barf range and i find it easier to work with.

LOL I nearly PM'd you NSN but thought that was a bit cheeky :) Thanks for the clarification, I will do my pricing accordingly :)

I know I said the other day that I thought they were expensive, but they are turning out to the cheapest so far so goodness knows where I got that idea from

I compared prices between them and m supplier last night and bar a couple of things, Berriewoods (8 kg chicken wings for £16) are charging double what I normally pay on some stuff.

LOL I wont be getting anything like that from them, I can get chicken much cheaper from They Love It Dog Food :) Your supplier won't supply to my area unfortunately, although to be honest they aren't a lot cheaper than other online places I have found - it is a matter of shopping around I guess :)

Stuff I use a lot like wings, necks are cheap, the rest is getting more in line with other suppliers. If the snow holds off today, I might risk a trip to Morrisons.
