I tried NAF Devil’s Relief for my boy who already has cortaflex (has been for the last 3 years), I gave it 2 bottles worth to decide if I thought it was any good during which time my boy had a bout of lameness due to the ground which didn’t seem to be helped by the devils relief so I don’t really rate it.

My 22 yr old boy has tenosynovitis (huge wind galls) which is nothing to worry about according to my vet unless they go hard, then I must be very careful and of course I watch out for the ground and keep him in regular, steady work. He’s only had 2 bouts of lameness for a couple of days since getting this (in the last 18 months) so I’m keen to keep this to a minimum. This also gave me a good opportunity to rate him on and off the NAF stuff.

He also has very slight arthritis of the hock so anything I can do to help him feel comfortable herbally I am keen to do also. I don’t use bute and would rather avoid it for as long as possible.

I’m a real fan of Gold Label both for results and value for money, he also suffered from sweet itch a couple of years ago after moving him to where he is now and I used their brewers yeast and garlic and have continued to with excellent results.

So… I have just got their Bute Free liquid which has devils claw, yucca and MSM, and wondered if anyone else used it and what they thought of it? It seems you only need very little of it and it’s pretty cheap to buy anyway so should be quite economical.

I use it on my old cob, it is far better than anything else we have ever tried. Highly reccomend it.
