Friend has recommended it for my fruitloop if and when he comes back into work. She also has used it to clip with. Anyone used it? I wouldnt mind having some as a backup when I clip peoples horses this season and also be a good idea to keep some in my trailer if its any cop!

Didnt make any difference the one I tried it on. Same one can be a bit of a devil to clip, sedalin didnt work too well. Just clipped him today and gave him a dose of Global Herbs Stresscare Instant - fabulous stuff and cheap at £13 for five doses.

Have tried it before going eventing as well, it absolutely zonked him, still got a bit tense in the dressage but kept the lid on. Withdrew before sj, ground was dreadful and he looked so out of it I was not sure he would be safe! Poor chap could hardly climb back on the lorry. Even OH asked what I had given to him.

Definitely helped with the clipping. I have had this horse for 5 years, today was the first time I had used that product for clipping and he was the best behaved he has ever been to be clipped, normally lots of cow kicking and stressy behaviour, today stood sensibly and accepted it all. Just seemed to relax and mellow him - perfect.

Fantastic. SoKalm is around £14 for 3 doses. I like Global Herbs too, they seem to market their supplements at very specific ailments/conditions and everyone who has used their products rates them.

I used SoKalm paste before taking my stressy horse to a very hectic and busy show in a gale force wind, and he was an angel! The previous year, he had been asked to leave two classes because he was so badly behaved he was upsetting the others

. After SoKalm, he won one class and came fourth in another large class, and the judge rode him and liked him!
Yes, I can recommend it!

do you think it would work on a very nervous/scared horse for clipping? Tried sedalin gel which did not even knock the edge off
