Anyone use this website to order from before?

I haven't ordered from them but have considered it. Their website looks v professional and I couldn't imagine they would be very problematic.
 
Yep, I ordered a bridle and some reins from them. I got the order but they did take their time. After a week the parcel arrived but only had the reins in it with a messy note written on a card in marker saying Bridle to follow... after another week it hadn't arrived so I phoned them, aparently it was out of stock but they never thought to let me know! I did get it though and it was a nice bridle.

Personally I would order from them again, my l;ast order might have just been a one off, and I did get the bridle.
 
Ordered from them many many times with some absolutely appalling service a number of times. I persevered as they're cheap and highly apologetic over the phone. Don't expect immediate delivery (this all dates back to last summer and I have heard that they have improved). And don't expect the right things to always arrive. Also, if things are out of stock and discontinued by the supplier, don't expect to be told.

However, when the orders go smoothly, they're very good!!
