I am looking for somewhere to RENT in the south east. Anyone want to help me find somewhere? It is so hard to find equestrian places up for rent!

Must be a commutable distance from Gillingham, Kent for my OH's work.
Must have a min of 3 bedrooms
Grazing for 3 horses - 3acres minimum
Stables are not a necessity, but would be nice. If no stables, must have storage for my horsey thing - a garage would be fine.

Not really sure where to look for horsey rentals. Currently have the house and land separately (rented house, land our own) but would love to have them on my doorstep
 
My parents house is for sale, but they would rent it too!! :)

It is in East Sussex, 5 mins from Golden x EC and 10ish mins from Crockstead...

6 bed, new house, nicely built, with front and back gardens seperate from yard, Off road parking for around 5 - 6 cars ( plus loads more parking down the yard for lorry etc ) plus double garage ( my tack room - quad bike shed etc )

4 stables ( 2x 12x12 and 2x 12x15 ) in an indoor barn with windows in all stables looking up to house, 1 big pen that houses my mums 2 old boys through the winter, 65 x 45 menage, gallops round the whole of the land, all in all about 8 1/2 acres, but i think about 6 1/2 as grazing, 3 x post and railed fields, all with water, seperate gates etc, and all can be accessed via the gallops so you don't ever get muddy catching them in the winter, water, electric to all barns, feed rooms etc, seperate hay / feed store, sheds etc etc etc.....

It is the perfect setup for mother with kids ponies, professional amature or happy hackers...

We love it here and mum is only selling as OH and I have just had a baby and are building a place at the stud in Kent... It's too big for just mum and her partner :(

Forgot to mention in PM...We have the house as 6 bed, but actually it was designed as 5 bed with 42 foot long games room ( which I use as bedroom ) It is a big house, but we have lived in it for the last 5 years and don't think of it as being so big anymore ( 5 of us ) 4 are double beds, and 2 are single - but 1 could bbe double too...

The pics on the website are crap and really doesn't do the equestrian side justice...

Also my menage doubles up as a turn out pen... Through all that snow last year there wasn't 1 day that we couldn't turn out / ride in it, it never freezes, gets puddles etc. We just chucked a big round bale of hay in the middle and let them play in there all winter so as not to trash the fields :)
