Anyone wear brown tweed jacket?

My lad is bay, hes got brown tack for show hunter, just wondered if brown tweed would be abit too much? What do you think? x

I wear brown tweed on my bay. She would be a hunter too if I went showing.
I think it looks better on her than green would. She has brown tack.

I wear a navy hat to balance out too much brown.

I have a brown and a blue tweed. My brown tweed has a navy and burgandy check running through it and I love it. I wear a navy hat (although for jumping I use a skull cap and my bright blue hat silk, which doesn't go very well!) and a navy and burgandy checked stock.

My navy tweed, I wear exactly the same with it, however it fits me like a sack and I get pleats when I tie a number round! Hence the shiny new brown tweed!

Dodgy pic as it makes her look really out of proportion with a huge belly but to give you an idea of the colour

ETA: I have worn a brown velvet hat silk before and admittedly it wasn't too bad.

this is my brown tweed, I wear a brown hat as it has a brown velvet collar and I think the brown hat looks nice on a M & M. However on a horse I would say stick with the navy hat and go for a brown tweed without a velvet collar. It looks more grown up and pro

ETA - ive also got dark brown boots on !

I havent got the jacket through yet but its got quite bright coloured check through it, cant remember from the top of my head what colours though but it does look nice, i shall post a pic up when it arrives for hat colour advice. Although im an OCD freak im affriad and im not sure if i can make myself wear a different colour hat from the jacket :/ Hence brown horse, saddle, bridle, numnah, jacket etc. Im such a sad old moo!! x

Ahh but I coordinate jacket with boots and tack, then hat and gloves and whip so hat/gloves/whip are navy and jacket/boots brown, or if wearing black boots will wear black hat/gloves/whip!
