"We are very sorry that some of the coverage of the Burghley Horse Trails on the red button was not up to standard. For a period of time there were technical difficulties and some issues with how the resultant problems were dealt with. We will do all we can to ensure that these failings are not repeated, and apologise to viewers whose enjoyment of the event was marred."

That is good that they acknowledge the problem. I missed all the coverage tho so had no idea what was on

lol i had only noticed the "trails" as i skim read, will reread and find the other errors!

Watch out though Kerilli, we both just started a sentence with an 'And'. That was always a serious no-no in my English teacher's books

Allegedly you may start a sentence with and these days if it fits the context of the prose!!

We must be about the same age as I was always encouraged to refrain from it's use.
