Arrgh flipping kitten hit send!! Will try and repost but plan was to say anyone who ever has a dog facing amoutation - life as a tri-oawd and is scared/worried, should watch this vid of my 9 year old Rott who was diagnosed with osteosarcoma in November last year....

Many would probably have questionned our decision to amputate at the time (we did think we might have done the wrong thing for a couple of weeks) but now he is absolutely fine - enjoying life to the max!

I used to threaten dex with "I'll chop one of ya legs off if you dont slow down" - However every single tripod I have met is just as fast as they ever were!! Hes lovely

He is indeed! He was never very good at cornering and that hasn't changed - but he is just as quick in a straight line! Can I just point out that I can spell / type, but the flipping kitten is OBSESSED with the laptop!

I know a tripod Great Dane, sounds wrong on paper and doesn't always look the most comfortable but does much better than you would expect!

There was a tripod Lab who did Flyball very well. Has just been retired but had a great career.
