Anyone with an arena - what do you do about autumn leaves?!

We had our arena built this spring and it is sand with rubber topping. I'm just wondering what everyone does with their arenas to clear them of autumn leaves. Do you do anything at all? I assume they will just degrade if left but I'm not sure how best to clear them?! Any advice welcome!

It's worth getting rid if you can or they will affect the surface.

Leaf blower if they are dry, otherwise rake.

I get loads of leaves in my arena it is best to try to remove them rather then leave to degrade, they get blown up into the corners so fairly easy to clear out, otherwise I rake with a thin garden leaf rake or harrow the school then get rid whilst trying not to remove half the surface

Ditto - rake. They do accumulate in the corners so picking up every day or so is fine. No different from picking up the poo every time you ride really.

I hadn't thought of a leaf blower - but our arena sides are fairly high so I suspect I'd just be redistributing them rather than removing them!
