Turned my 2 out 24/7 the other day when it became milder. They came in at night about 3 or 4 weeks ago when it was very wet and cold but now its turned milder cant see the point of leaving them stabled for so long. They have plenty of grazing and a straw beddded fieldshelter. Also additional hay which they are only picking at .They have 5 acres so paddocks are not trashed. They are hairy and fluffy and naked.
Anyone else turned out?

Mine are out during the day & in at night, I sadly don't have the field space to leave them on it 24/7, but would love to! That said, I turned them out this morning and they have done nothing but stand at the gate staring at me. It's a lovely day, what gives?! Weirdos... ;)

Yes, my two boys are out 24/7 - one with a medium weight on (not my choice - he came to me in one so can't exactly strip him of it now) but my other is naked.

Good god no. He even has 40 acres and will only stand it for a couple of hours before he is wanting to come in, and NEVER out in the rain

Mine are moving into their winter paddock on Friday and then I'll leave them out as long as the weather holds. It's a Christmas treat for OH and I not to have to muck out for 10 days!!

Mine is back out 24/7 he came in middle of last week when was below 0 all day. Only to have more hay really. Back out night, rugged well tho as clipped and a tb. He has 10 acres between 3 of them and hay out twice a day.
A very happy horsey only comes to gate for tea!

Yes mine are out all year round. Now into hw rug, one is blanket clipped. Add lib hay and one feed per day. Never seen our field this wet in 7 years! They do have hedges and field shelter.

Yep, two are on their holidays so out 24/7, but will be back in work next week. Hopefully will still be out full time from then on as well- they're more relaxed that way. The other isn't full time out, but pends most of the day out, and only comes in at night.

All 3 are full TBS... All in rugs though!

Ours always live out 24/7 they do have a shelter but dont tend to use it. We have split 9acres into 4 the drier end of the field being the winter bit. The end where we sometimes have a little lake is the bit we se in summer so it doesnt get trashed.
We think they are happier out. Only the ones that need rugs get them, my sec d is naked, as is the shire x and hubbys welsh a.

My girl comes in on a night, I have to really to give her a rest from her muzzle. She's had lami in the past so have to watch her, wish I could.

Mine have been back out 24/7 for the past week, no mucking out, yey!

Looks like they may be back in towards the end of this week tho as the weather is forecast to turn very wet again :-(

Yep!
Mainly because he doesn't 'do' stables yet.
He can go in a pen with a good shelter, but I don't trust him in a stable alone yet.

He loves living out, as far as I can tell :)
