Steriods not worked long term and hes sore again so thinking we will have to go this route. Can anyone give me idea of timescale for recovery ,already doing poles lunging etc to build up topline , wont ride sore horse .

Can't help with this myself as horse hasn't had the ligament snip, but if you're on Facebook and join the group 'horses with kissing spine', you'll get plenty of experiences there.

cptrayes had one of hers done last year, outcome not good due to other issues but this link shows the horse 25 days post surgery when everything was going well.
